In this Technique removing hair and follicles from donor site. The strip of scalp is divided into (500-2000) grafts contain individual hair. The recipient site is cleaned and made numb and a number of slits or holes are made, placing grafts in each holes. This process may take anywhere between 4-8 hours depending on the extent of area covered.

Follicular Unit Extraction

In this technique removing 1-4 hairs from the donor site and replacing it in the recipient site by using very tiny punches under the effects of an anesthesia. The surgeon then uses very small micro blades or fine needles to puncture the sites for receiving the grafts, placing them in a predetermined density and pattern, and angling the wounds in a consistent fashion to promote a realistic hair pattern.
